  • The cardboard feeder is designed for delivering various types of cardboards with ease, including thick, thin, irregular-shaped, extra-large, and slotted boards. It has a function that automatically matches the speed of the automatic positioning machine by pulling down the boxes for added convenience.
  • The dual pallets allow operators to stack paper in advance, reducing labor intensity and improving production efficiency.
  • The alloy groove of adhesive tape is assembled with great accuracy that never deforms, avoiding common problems such as tape blockage and sticking.
  • Integral frame is processed in one go by large machining center, with an error of less than 0.1mm between the frame, crossbeam, and tool holder. The assembly accuracy is guaranteed, making it easy to change molds and adjust the machine.
  • Imported guide rail sliders from Hiwin are used in the corner pasting and joint adjustment, providing the best possible accuracy requirements.
  • Motor-controlled for the main spindle and belt conveyor all set by a touch screen, allowing the corners be pasted once or multiple times. The length of the belt conveyor can be adjusted as required. Plus, it has a stop-and-reverse function to prevent sticking.
